Effective workout - I did a cardio warm up, then proceded to do my weights just before my class. Then went straight to my class and stretched right at the end.
Stretch: Yes
Fresh Fruit and Veg: Tomato + 3 Varietied of Plums + Lettuce + Snow Peas + Red Onion
Fatty Foods: NA (dessert consisted part 12.9% fat and part 6.5% fat, so I guess the average falls lower than 10% fat) Fantastic Meal - thanks Fifi :)
