Activity: Short Swim (Rest Day)

Stretch: Yes - in the water after the swim.

Fresh Fruit and Veg: Yep - that mega salad happened again and I made a super yummy guocamole...it is Avocado Season in my country :)

Hight Fat Foods (>10%): Mixed nuts (not peanuts) and guocamole.


How to make Guocamole:
1 Avocado (soft)
0.5 Lemon (juice it)
1 tbsp Salsa

The method is easy...just mix and squish it all up...serve :)
