Just wondering if you should put avocado under the fatty food section, too. Not that I am doubting the nutritional benefits of my favourite "vegetable" (fruit technically)! Just that it has a lot of (beneficial) fats, is all.
You are right in saying that Avocado has >10% fat. In fact it is about 30%. But I count the fat of food packets I eat - I should actually pop that in the description of the blog since you are not the first to mention this. Because I had a bit of avocado in sushi, the overall packet has less than 10%. If you ask why I do this... just imagine trying to break up all the ingredients of a meal like vegie lasagne. Just for the record, I would not count any of the vegies in the vegie lasagne, because they are all cooked.
Hi, this blog is documentation of beti's activity and general nutrition.
~ Fresh Fuit and Veg = Uncooked, Unfrozen and Fresh
~ Fatty Foods = >10% Fat (Packets of food - not individual ingredients)
