Ahhh yes Gnoll110 - Resistance Training Rocks :) When are we going to see your Diet and Nutrition Blog? I should mention that as a fitness professional it is sometimes hard to dictate my training sessions - I love resistance training, but due to my work, I do so much cardio that I have to let my body rest from that or else I would be a prime candidate for overtraining! I should also mention that Pilates is primarily resistance training too - we do a lot of work using our own body weight with a huge emphasis on the body core.
