845 Thread Marathon

For 845 consecutive days I have documented key items which I consider to be important in my lifestyle. These items include my activity, what fresh food I eat, keeping fatty foods at a minimum and ensuring that I look after my body.

If you are wondering why I did this blog, the answer lies in The Health and Fitness Show Podcasts, as ultimately I did this for the listeners.

You rule!
I've bounced around with different trainers and plans and like hearing what's out there.
I have a question though. Have you ever heard of a supplement called FORM? Alot of what I heard was around portion control and this is supposed to be a nondamaging help in this area. I can't find much of a discussion on it but am interested in feedback. My friend sells it and has a dummied down site with basic info.
