i guess you have been monitoring your food intake for a long time. do u have some reason for this or r u a fitness freak. if you dont have a really good reason then i you should not bother yourself so much into monitoring everything you eat.
Hi starleads, I don't really monitor what I eat too greatly... I just eat what I would usually and then I record it! I do tend to eat quite well though, I always have. The only thing I am really pedantic about is eating fresh fruit and/or veg everyday. Am I a fitness freak? No way... but I am a fitness instructor (10 years now). Why do I do this? Two reasons: 1. Some of my clients did not monitor what they ate and didn't eat too well, so I suggested using a blog to help monitor intake and exercise for a period of time. This helped them identify poor/good eating and exercise habits, so I started this blog as an example. 2. To show my clients and friends I talk to about health and fitness that I practice what I preach... I really never intended this blog to be so up to date and complete over a year later :)

~ Fatty Foods = >10% Fat (Packets of food - not individual ingredients)
